This cottage is a two bedroom, one bath, second story cottage flat. It is ideal for fishermen, snow skiers, outdoor lovers or for folks who are just wanting a delightful get away. You will love this place.With such reasonable nightly rates of $85.00 you can't afford to stay in a stifling motel room. Inside the cottage flat I have included a detailed, personally designed, "MUST DO" & "MUST SEE" guide filled with the most outstanding, highly recommended activities and places to visit while you are in the area. You won't be dissappointed! You'll feel very secluded and quiet but conveniently close to the river and town. There are two bedrooms. Each has a queen bed. There is an additional comfortable queen bed sofa sleeper located in the living room. You can comfortably sleep 4-6 people.There is a six person maximum allowed while staying at the house. The cottage is an older home emaculately kept with character galore. There is a full kitchen with all utensils included, as well as spices. There are always bedroom and bathroom linens provided for your convenience but please feel free to bring your own linens if you prefer. The adorable kitchen and back deck overlook the Dunsmuir Ridge, with a beautiful snowy view in the winter and a peaceful, smokey ridge in the fall. In the spring and summer you can look forward to a gorgeous colorful, forested hillside blanketed with pines and deciduous trees. Don't forget the tin roof. If you are fortunate enough to stay during the rain, there'll be no extra charge for the soothing sound of the rain droplets lulling you to sleep. Lastly, if you like to wake up with a gourmet coffee and a walk; you'll be invigorated by an only 3 minute walk to the Specialty Coffee Shop located 1 block away and a 5 minute walk to fishing access on the beautiful Sacramento River. This place truly is an affordable, hidden treasure.
